Deposits

 

A 30% deposit is needed at time of booking for in salon appointments with the remaining balance payable on the day. A 30% deposit is needed at time of booking for mobile appointments, unless the booking is less than £100, then the full amount is payable at booking. The remaining balance is due 28 days before the event or at your trial (if applicable), whichever comes first. 

All deposits are non refundable.

 

Rescheduling/Cancelling Appointments

Should you need to move an appointment, please call or email us asap. We are happy to move this for you at no cost provided you give at least 48 hours notice. If you do not show for your appointment, or do not give 48 hours notice, the deposit will be kept to cover costs of the unused time. 

We do not offer deposit refunds for cancellations, but if you give 48 hours notice, a credit note will be issued to be used to reschedule within the next 12 months. Should you cancel your rescheduled appointment, the deposit will be kept to cover the admin time.
